Zucchini Bolognese

It's rich, flavorful, and satisfying.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chop and peel zucchini, chop onion and garlic finely and chop capsicum.
  2. Fry the above ingredients in canola oil until soft and slightly browned. Add to a saucepan with pasta sauce, and season with salt, pepper, and half a teaspoon of sugar, if desired. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  4. Combine fettuccine and zucchini sauce and serve.
