Every recipe has been approved by our dietitians for people with type II diabetes, PLUS you’ll save at the checkout with repeated recipes so you can cook once and eat twice.
Don’t like fish? No problem! Swap out fish servings for an equivalent size of lean meat like chicken breast. Vegetarian? Try using chickpeas or tofu in place of meat servings.
