This Bircher-style bowl of overnight oats is a creamy low-calorie, high-fibre breakfast that tastes like apple pie. If you don't like cinnamon, try spicing it up with nutmeg or ginger instead.

- 1 tablespoon sultanasgolden raisinsX
- ⅔ cup grated apple
- pinch of ground cinnamon, to serve

Instructions

1 Put the oats and sultanas in a bowl or jar. Add the milk and allow to soak overnight.
