Strawberry and banana pops
Ingredients
- 6 plastic cups
- 6 ice-block sticks
- 2 cups soft-frozen strawberries
- 1 cup soft-frozen banana
- 1 cup low-fat strawberry yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 25g pistachios, crushed

Instructions
1 Place strawberries and banana in a blender with yoghurt, lemon juice and maple syrup. Process until smooth.
2 Place a few raspberries in the base of each cup. Pour over strawberry mix. Freeze for 1-1 1/2 hours. Insert ice-block sticks. Freeze until solid.
3 Remove ices from cup and roll in pistachios. Serve.
Variations
Make it gluten free: Check yoghurt is gluten free.
