This berry smoothie bowl is such a treat - it's also a good source of antioxidants and calcium.

Ingredients

- ¾ cup frozen mixed berries
- 2 small bananas
- 1 cup reduced-fat milk (or milk alternative)
- 4 tablespoons low-fat plain yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons rolled oatsoatmeal uncookedX
- Garnish
- ½ cup fresh berries, sliced if large
- 2 tablespoons granola
- Fresh mint leaves, to taste
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- Sliced banana or kiwifruit (optional)
- Edible flowers (optional)
