Chilli and lime tuna noodle salad

Ingredients

- 115g can tuna in chilli and lime garlic dressing
- 150g instant medium noodles, heated then cooled under running water and drained
- 1 teaspoon reduced-salt soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
- Large handful baby spinach
- 1 medium celery stalk, sliced
- Lime wedges, to serve

Instructions

1 Toss the salad ingredients together, except for the lime wedges. Tip into lunchbox.
2 Squeeze the lime wedges over the salad just before serving and toss well.
Variations
You can use your choice of canned tuna. Try tuna and garlic dressing
