Teriyaki beef hotdogs
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 Pepper corn sweetcornXextra-lean beef sausages
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- ¾ cup reduced-fat Greek-style yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 x 300g packets fine cut coleslaw
- 1½ teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
- 6 wholemeal hotdog rolls, split
- 60g baby spinach leaves
- 2 tablespoons tomato and sriracha sauce

Instructions
1 Heat oil in a grill pan over medium-high heat. Add sausages and cook, turning, for 6 minutes or until golden and slightly charred. Transfer to a chopping board, cut in half lengthways, then transfer to a large bowl. Add teriyaki sauce, tossing to combine.
2 Meanwhile, place yoghurt and lemon juice in a large bowl, mixing to combine. Add coleslaw and sesame seeds, tossing to combine. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
3 Fill rolls with spinach and half the coleslaw. Top with sausages and any remaining sauce from pan. Drizzle hotdogs with tomato and sriracha sauce, then serve with remaining coleslaw.
