Sweet & savoury glazed cauliflower for lunch/dinner today. Got edits from my publisher this morning. Got a week to go through them, make any changes, before I send them back so I wanted something quick that would cook itself - hence the cauliflower,

I crave biscuits, so I made some extra oaty Anzacs. On the plus side they ... er... shall we say, have the added benefit of keeping me super regular. 🤣

I have found in the past couple of months that I am nowhere near as hungry as I used to be. Obviously my stomach has shrunk from daily dieting. I do make sure I eat breakfast each day and my main meal is filling and nutritious.
I generally work every day until around 2pm (start about 7am) then sort of veg out knitting or ready...lol. I never eat after 4pm and only drink water (helps stops my GORD).
Today I made a root vegetable and bean 'pie'. It has added grain mustard, sour cream, and sharp cheddar cheese and topped with a puff-pastry lid. I made enough to put two serves in the freezer.
