Directions
- Grate or finely chop onion then mix all the ingredients well together.
- Form patties desired size and shape.
- Heat non stick frying pan, add a little bit of olive oil and sear the patties until they hold the shape.
- Transfer patties into deeper pot and add about 100 ml of water, cover with a lid and simmer for 30 min on medium/low heat.
