Knowing What You’re Trying to Do is More Important Than Knowing How You’re Going to Do It

recent lecture tour in Canada, I had the opportunity of being interviewed on
three TV shows. The theme was, “How to Cure a Cold in Less Than 24 Hours.” It’s
a great media attention getter, but when you’ve got five minutes to explain what
you need to do to cure colds this quickly, it can be challenging. It’s not
challenging because it’s difficult to explain-it’s because it’s difficult for
people to grasp that it’s not about what you take, it’s about what you do.
