The Breathing Space is a mini-meditation to step out of automatic pilot and reconnect with the present moment.  This practice can be beneficial when unpleasant thought patterns arise or when we wish to savour a pleasant experience.  It is possible to shorten or lengthen the meditation to suit your available time.
