Eating insects a step too far for some

Unsurprisingly, vegans are the most resistant to the idea of food made from insect products, even for sustainability or ecological reasons. But non-vegan vegetarians are the most open to the idea, according to new research from Finland. Omnivores could also see eating foods of insect origin as a solution to global food supply problems.
