300g this week and 20.1 over 19 weeks
Not an awesome week but I'm happy with it 😊.
I averaged 1825 cals a day, didn't do quite as well with protien this week, 110g a day and fibre was pretty good at 31g. Exercise was OK. There was a day I missed and another day I wasn't feeling it but made myself walk at a slower pace for 20 mins rather than do nothing.
I went to the pub for lunch with the kids yesterday and chose the less healthier option of sharing some entrees with my eldest.. it's a thing we've always done and it was nice 😀 . The arancini was probably the highest cals but oh so good lol and I also had a handful of chips.
Overall, I think I did pretty well considering and im in no hurry.
I literally just got an alert about my new garmin watch coming today 🎉 I'm quite excited about that. It connects to the FS app and reviews suggest it's quite accurate.. yay!

0.3kg this week and 18.9 in 17 weeks.
I'm happy with it.. no hurry now 😀
All over the place this last month trying to get the balance right. I had a couple of 2000 cal days this week with average of 1840 a day so not a total write off. I also missed a few days on the treadmill thanks to mum duties and work but I did walk for little one school drop and pick up every day which is 500m away (obviously slower one way with little one) and I started adding stretches every morning from an app called "bend"... check it out.. I'm only using the free version. I'm going to add another 15min one for a lunch time "posture reset" this week.
Also possibly have some hormone things going on as I stopped getting the "depo" contraceptive and technically should expect my monthlies back any time now. Been on it 5 years though so who knows and being at (peri)menopause age makes it more unknown.. the joys of aging 😀
Recent blood tests show iron deficiency again and need to increase my thyroid meds a little but everything else looking good 👍
Another week at 1800 cals I think and try a bit harder with exercise. Although ill be back in office 2 days so will miss school walks those days.

oh and I've been hitting well over 100g protein & 30-50g of fibre a day with the help of high protein high fibre wraps and sourdough 😀
