A little plateau. Weird thing folks, I got up at about 2 am, randomly decided to weigh myself, and shock horror, it was UP by 1.2 kilos !?!?! - I weighed myself a second time - Same! 😱 Bewildered , I staggered back to bed, I have done nothing since then but lie in bed and sleep. Miraculously, I’ve stripped off 1.2 kg weight in that 6 hours…. What?? I can’t account for this BUT it does show that you have to weigh yourself under the same circumstances each time to get a realistic indicator of what you weigh.
