Today I plan to 🏃🏾♂️ run. I didn’t run yesterday. I should have. I should have either run, or gone to the 🏋🏾♂️ gym. Not doing anything should not have been an option 🤦🏾♂️

Did a quick run today after having not run for a week. Actually improved my split mile times!! Sometimes rest is good for you... just make sure you get back to it!! Btw, I just started training for my first ever half marathon!! It’s not until February but started back up with doing some 5ks. The runners high is real!!🤣🤣🤣
