Slippery elm provides the body with a rich source of calcium, niacin and thiamine. This herb helps protect the body from impurities, provides the body with nutrition, and helps to soothe inflamed and irritated tissue.
Juniper berries are an excellent antiseptic. They work well on the pancreas and have also been used to help the prostate gland.
Capsicum fruit is used as a catalyst in almost every herbal combination. It aids in proper absorption and increases the effectiveness of the combination. This herb is also useful in aiding proper functioning of the pancreas.
Uva ursi leaves have traditionally been used for inflammation of the kidney or bladder, and as a treatment for prostate problems. This herb works to treat prostate gland weakness and is also helpful in strengthening the pancreas.
