Bake Sweet Potatoes until soft. Peel Skins, Mash and let cool.
Prepare Oatmeal according to package directions. (Basically 2 cups of boiling water to 1 cup of oats)
Add Honey and Sea Salt to oatmeal and mix well. Let cool.
Once potatoes and oatmeal have cooled mix the SynerPro and Water. You may want to use more than
1 scoop of Synerpro to make a thicker liquid with a Soy-milk consistency.
Add the Synerpro, cooled potatoes and oats to a blender or food processor and spin.
The pudding can be eaten warm, But has the best flavor when chilled. In fact, it tastes even better the next day
so if you have the patience, you can make it a day ahead of when you’d like to eat it or make enough for leftovers.
